General Provisions:

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, storage and disclosure by ”Seogun” of information received from users (each of which is referred to as the "User") of the SEOGUN website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services provided by ”Seogun” Ltd.
In the SEOGUN service, users are given the opportunity to provide their personal data, which is collected by the service in order to implement the tasks, set by the Users. However, we do not disclose data to third parties for any reason other than those specified by the User.
1.2. In the context of this privacy policy, the following terms apply:
- ”Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person;
- "Identifiable natural person" is a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier (cookies), etc.

The Policy is a publicly available document that regulates the main purposes, principles, methods and conditions of personal data processing by the Service and third-party services with which the company cooperates. This policy also defines the rights and obligations of the Parties to ensure the security of personal data during their processing.
1.4. When collecting and processing personal data, the administration of the Service is guided by international regulations, including the GDPR, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Armenia / Russian Federation ¹ regarding the processing of personal data

List of processed personal data.

2.1. We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including but not limited to when Users visit our site, register on the site, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we provide on our Site. Users may be requested, if necessary, full name, email address, credit card information. Users may be asked for their full name, email address and credit card information, if required. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they willingly provide us with such information. Users can always refuse to provide personal identification information, except that this may prevent them from engaging in certain activities related to the Site.
2.2. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. - Personalization of communications with users based on records of search queries, your preferences in receiving newsletters from us, information we have collected about your equipment and your order history, conducting research and statistical analysis to improve the content and appearance of the Site, and to improve our service offering;
- Identification, development and promotion of products and services that, based on the information received from users and in the opinion of the service administration, will be useful, including for different browsers and devices, in compliance with applicable law.
- Cookies and similar technologies may be used for marketing purposes, which include showing you personalized advertisements and facilitating the use of certain features of the service. Where such an obligation is imposed on us under applicable law, we will attempt to obtain your consent before sending you promotional communications.
2.4. The service is not intended to be used by users who are underage. By submitting personal data to the SEOGUN service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. In the event, that the administration of the service establishes the fact of collecting personal data of a minor without the prior consent of parents or guardians, the service will provide for measures to delete data. In case of detection of inconsistent data collection by parents or guardians, they must contact the service to delete the data.
2.5. The Service may send notifications of updates The user has the right to unsubscribe from the messages of the Service when registering and when clicking on the link to unsubscribe from our marketing materials.

Terms for Information Disclosure

3.1. There are several possible reasons for the SEOGUN Service to disclose personal data. Personal information may be disclosed in compliance with the law and the requirement of the court or when the service determines a reasonable threat of the user against other users of the service.
3.2. Personal information may be transferred or disclosed to third parties, which in turn are partners or service providers that provide additional data for the Service Users, as well as ensure the optimization of marketing interaction with the company. Third-party companies should notify users of their personal data collection processes. These partners and providers of additional services and data may be:

- Payment service providers;
- CRM systems and others;
3.3. These service providers must comply with the requirements of the current Privacy Policy and keep any information provided by us as confidential.

Data Processing Period

4.1. The retention period of personal user data constitutes the full cycle of user activity and will only cease if the account is deleted. User information may be retained after account deletion as required by law. In addition, even if the account is deleted, payment information will be saved.

Cookies

5.1. Cookies are small text files containing service information for the browser. They are a well-established practice of services for identifying users.
5.2. According to clause 2.3.7 of the current Privacy Policy, one of the main purposes of using cookies by our Service is to optimize marketing activities by tracking unique visitors and identifying consumer behavior patterns.
5.3. Cookies make it possible to optimize the process of input of personal data by the user.
5.4. Users can adjust the collected cookies in their browser settings and can also choose not to collect them, which can limit certain features of the Service. In case the data has already been collected by the Service, the User has the right to request deletion via e-mail or technical support through the ticket system of the Service.

6.1. By using the SEOGUN Service, you agree to the current Privacy Policy and terms of service.
6.2. Privacy Policy can be changed by the Service Administration. The latest version of this policy will be up to date. Service Users will be notified about changes in the terms of Privacy Policy by a notice on the website, and through e-mail newsletters for Users who have accounts on the website.
